Retain core business by managing all account activities coordinating company resources, to facilitate the relationship between the customer and Company. This must include a strategic plan in which differentiating value is brought to the customer, and their business.
Be a solution provider to current and potential customer. Build mutually profitable relationships.
Implement strategies to gain access to key decision makers to cultivate and capture new business opportunities
Maximize profitability in territory through timely pricing implementation to maintain and improve margin accurate forecasts of current and new business.
Demonstrate understanding of the technical aspects and applications of the Company. Keep up to date with the new approaches and technologies, which can change or improve our differentiation. This should include working closely with industry contacts, and sharing & gathering market information.
Provide timely and knowledgeable information to management and customers as issues arise.
Proactively monitor and effectively communicate internally any changes in customer’s requirements, so that Company can continue to meet and exceed customers’ expectations as a supplier. Collaborate with operations team, sales team, or other staff to perform account maintenance activities, which includes prioritizing and assigning work and determining work direction.
Bachelor degree in business or sales and marketing preferred
5 Years B2B Sales experience
Transformer/Electrical Equipment/Service Sales experience a plus
Professional verbal skills and adapts as needed depending on the audience
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
