Key Responsibilities
- Required:
- Receive, process, and monitor customer orders.
- Communicate with sales and production to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records and manage change orders promptly.
- Work with vendors to maintain material supply.
- Provide coverage for team members as needed.

Position Requirements
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Team & Reporting Structure
- Join a team of three Sales Support Specialists supporting multiple sales representatives.
- Reports to an operations leader with a dotted line to sales leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
