Job Description

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for the critical functions such as quoting, ordering, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have some form of prior sales support experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. The ideal candidate has a bias for action, takes initiative, and can anticipate needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive, build, and process sales quotes for IT products and services
  • Convert quotes into orders
  • Provide tracking on open orders to internal teams and customers
  • Follow up on leads to further the sales process
  • Process end of month quote and sales reports
  • Oversee all functions related to invoicing and accounts payable
  • Provide various support functions to an outside sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Superb communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Software: PipeDrive, Zoho Invoice, Excel, Channel Online, AutoTask
  • Loves to use Macs or loves to use PCs
  • Demonstrated passion for the best customer experience
  • Self starter: sees problems and excels at solutions
  • Superb communication skills

  • Experience with technology or a passion for technology
  • Previous Inside Sales Experience within the Technology Industry, preferably selling services, Advanced technology solutions
  • Prior sales support roles
