What you will be doing as the Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Processes customer orders
  • Process and submits orders with vendors
  • Set up/track freight and invoices each transaction
  • Inventory management may be required for certain orders
  • Customer Billing
  • Office Management

What you will need as the Sales Support Coordinator:

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years in a logistics or sales support role
  • System experience: Outlook, Excel, Word, Insightly (CRM), Microsoft Teams and Cietrade
  • Must have good organizational skills and analytical thinking
  • Requires strong communication skills (verbal and written) and basic algebra/math skills
