What you will be doing as the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Processes customer orders
- Process and submits orders with vendors
- Set up/track freight and invoices each transaction
- Inventory management may be required for certain orders
- Customer Billing
- Office Management
What you will need as the Sales Support Coordinator:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years in a logistics or sales support role
- System experience: Outlook, Excel, Word, Insightly (CRM), Microsoft Teams and Cietrade
- Must have good organizational skills and analytical thinking
- Requires strong communication skills (verbal and written) and basic algebra/math skills
