Responsibilities:
  • I have an opportunity with a well known International company focused on developing and manufacturing new, innovative and reliable products for a variety of ophthalmic and specialty microsurgical procedures.
  • The Surgical Sales Rep will be responsible for managing a sales territory, promoting & selling ophthalmic instruments, kits, and other supplies
  • Target call points: hospitals, operating rooms and ambulatory surgery centers. Incumbent is also responsible for generating leads for capital equipment sales and support sales of capital equipment.
  • Territory: LA, MS, AL, Florida Panhandle.
  • 2 or more years selling medical devices in the operating room market to hospitals, surgery centers, and doctor's offices.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates for this position should have a demonstrated track record of success and an aptitude to learn and apply new CLINICAL knowledge. · Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to foster and develop strong relationships is a must.
  • BS or BA degree in Business and/or related medical field.
  • 2 or more years selling medical devices in the operating room market to hospitals, surgery centers, and doctor's off
