Sales Representative

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Patient Advocate/Inside Sales representative for a client in the Boca Raton Area. This is a full-time position working fully onsite out of the corporate office in Boca Raton in an 11am to 8pm shift.

Overview/ Responsibilities:

• Extensive training is provided, and this is not a cold calling position.
• Engage in outbound call campaigns to sell and educate customers on the benefits of the medical program.
• Overcome objections by determining what within the program could appeal to the customer most.
• Mange inbound call volume and document all communication in CRM Salesforce.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, such as customer service, call center, or other administrative roles.
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
• Fast and accurate typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and understanding of modern office practices.
• Intermediate data entry within a CRM database. (Salesforce)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily interactions while ensuring established processes are performed accurately.
