We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and building relationships with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for a defined territory
- Call on urologists, pathologists, laboratory personnel, and C-suite employees to create demand for products.
- Drive new business, grow business in current accounts, and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets established by the management team.
- Manage multiple states within a territory, working closely with the MD's assigned to that territory.
- Evaluate targets and implement appropriate strategic sales techniques and business solutions to increase overall sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
