The Boss:
The role reports to a sales leader who is focused on expanding the business through consistent new customer acquisition. This leader brings extensive sales management experience and is intentionally building a team of sales professionals who can hunt, develop relationships, and drive growth. The Position:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and selling high‑graphic, value‑added packaging solutions. The role supports customers both regionally and nationally, leveraging the broader manufacturing network to meet customer needs. Success in the position is measured by the ability to identify opportunities, introduce differentiated capabilities, and grow new accounts rather than relying solely on existing business.
Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned):
- Actively prospect and develop new customers with a strong hunting mentality
- Sell high‑graphic, digital, and value‑added packaging solutions
- Target food, CPG, club store, and retail‑driven packaging opportunities
- Collaborate across a nationwide manufacturing network to support customer needs
- Leverage advanced digital printing, specialty gluing, and automation capabilities to solve customer challenges
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in new business development and customer acquisition
- Experience selling high‑graphic, retail, display, or digitally driven packaging solutions
- Ability to understand and communicate value‑added manufacturing capabilities
Education and Experience:
- Sales experience within packaging, print, or a related manufacturing environment preferred
Competencies:
- Strong hunting and prospecting skills
- Consultative, solution‑based selling approach
- Relationship‑building across diverse geographies
- Clear communication of complex and differentiated solutions
Work Environment:
