Sales Representative

■ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with distributors and participate in joint sales activities
• Conduct sales visits to Asian markets and restaurants
• Participate in food events, tastings, and promotional activities
• Propose strategies and initiatives to increase sales growth
• Review sales activities and participate in weekly meetings

■ Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team while actively engaging in sales activities
• Understanding of Japanese culture preferred
• Comfortable working in an alcohol-related industry/environment

■ Location / Working Style

• Territory: Primarily West Coast region of the United States
• During the training period, employees are required to work from the office 2-4 days per week in a hybrid schedule.
• After the training period, employees are required to be in the office every Monday.
