Sales Representative

The company is looking for an experienced, professional, and energetic sales associate with outstanding people and communication skills. This candidate must be self-motivated and able to achieve results with minimal supervision.

The primary GOAL of this position is to generate sales in the commercial markets in Hawaii.

• Actively engage in business development activities using all forms of self-generated opportunities to increase revenue and awareness of our products and services. Actively prospect, cold call, and network using all forms of self-generated opportunities.

• Develop and implement a thoughtful, market-driven sales plan to reach tangible results.

• Effectively manage time and resources to meet or exceed the objectives of this position.

• Manage multiple projects as a Team Leader, in collaboration with internal and external team members, and project stakeholder to ensure projects meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, including adhering to project schedules and deadlines

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• A successful track record of 3 years of B2B Marketing or Sales experience in Hawaii and/or successful experience in Commercial Real Estate, Technology, Architecture, Design, Pharmaceuticals, or Project Management.

• Highly Flexible and Resourceful

• Excellent communicator - presentation skills and writing ability

• Very detail oriented and organized. MUST BE GREAT at follow-through.

• Enjoys solving problems and finding effective solutions.

• A College Degree from an accredited university.

• Ability to read or learn to read blueprints and floor plans.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
