The workplace culture is collaborative, stable, and characterized by long employee tenure.

Position Overview
The POP Display Sales Representative is responsible for driving new display business by leveraging established industry relationships. This role is designed for an experienced POP display salesperson who thrives in an independent environment, communicates effectively with both customers and internal teams, and is motivated by a commission‑driven compensation model.

The ideal candidate brings an existing book of business or the proven ability to quickly generate new POP display opportunities with brands, retailers, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities (required)

• Manage display projects from concept through completion using a structured CRM/workflow system.
• Collaborate with structural design, graphics, estimating, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Communicate all project requirements, timelines, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Present renderings, concepts, and physical display samples to customers and prospects.
• Maintain timely communication with clients, typically responding within 24 hours or less.
• Coordinate white‑sample creation and secure customer approval before production begins.
• Travel as needed to support customer relationships and onsite meetings.

Required Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience selling corrugated POP displays.
• Proven success selling display programs (not brown box packaging).
• Existing relationships with brands, retailers, or agencies purchasing POP displays.
• Ability to manage complex display programs from concept through fulfillment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of display manufacturing processes including structural design, digital print, litho, die‑cutting, gluing, kitting, and fulfillment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with major national retailers such as mass merchants, club stores, or home improvement chains.
• Background transitioning business from independent display manufacturers.
• Experience using CRM/workflow systems such as Salesforce.
• Prior experience working in an independently owned POP display organization.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique
• Independent organization with agile decision-making and minimal bureaucracy.
• Competitive lead times significantly shorter than many integrated competitors.
• All design, production, printing, assembly, and fulfillment housed in one location for seamless communication and execution.
• Strong safety and quality performance records.
• High autonomy and flexibility with unlimited earning potential.
• Supportive leadership and an experienced, long‑tenured team environment.

Team Structure
• Remote sales team composed primarily of seasoned POP display professionals.
• Supported by structural design, graphic design, production, assembly, and fulfillment operations based in a central U.S. facility.
