Job Description

Job Location: Downtown Honolulu Compensation: $50K-55K/year +commission +bonus
Employment Type: Direct Hire Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm




Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, architects, and developers.
  • Promote a curated selection of furnishings, lighting, and interior design products.
  • Identify business opportunities through networking, outreach, and client visits.
  • Present product solutions that align with client needs, project goals, and budgets.
  • Manage project cycles from proposal to installation, coordinating with internal teams on logistics, procurement, and timelines.
  • Conduct product presentations and attend industry events to represent the company’s brand and offerings.
  • Achieve sales goals through proactive client engagement and pipeline management.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into client solutions.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
