Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and meeting with clients in person or online, travelling might be required

  • Introducing/presenting the product/idea

  • Meeting sales goals weekly/monthly

  • Answering calls and emails

  • Creating, developing and maintaining positive customer-business relationship

  • Resolving problems if they arise with great customer service

  • Reporting to management, and updating the team of changes

  • Planning strategically for new customers with team efforts

  • Tracking sales, status reports, and graphs making thorough analysis

  • Making adjustments for improvements through feedback

Qualifications and skills:

  • University/College degree from/or related: Business Administration, Finance, Liberal Arts and Professional Studies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with professionalism, assertiveness, and great assurance

  • 5 years of Customer experience with phenomenal outcome

  • 5 years of Sales experience with exceptional results

  • Excellent typing and tech savvy skills, MS Office knowledge is required

  • Great motivation skills, goal and career driven

  • Capability to be flexible to changing circumstances

  • Ability to take on criticism/feedback as a way to improve

  • Having outgoing personality for comfortable communication

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
