Sales Representative 2

Sales reps (2) selling janitorial products for the cleaning of Hotels and shopping centers or office buildings and or government buildings and or Packaging to manufactures and food processing distributors. Salary 48k to 60k + commission to 150k or so. The right candidate needs to know how to cold call to develop new business and at the same time be able to keep existing customers happy and be able to introduce new products that will help the business. This position will need someone with good business to business to price the products right based on product cost, freight and whether or not the customer needs to warehouse at their own facility and or the facility of the company. Someone with creativity to structure deals that benefit the customer and the company at the same time. Someone with janitorial background and or experience with floor cleaning, and other industrial chemical and janitorial supply products. Someone with the ability to learn new products that the companies manufacture introduces that can be integrated into the customers facility practices would be highly desirable. The company really needs someone that loves learning from brochures and online websites on a weekly bases the technical specs of new products and then has the ability to go out and get them into the marketplace.
