- Proven track record in Kitchen & Bath sales, ideally with 90%+ focus on builder clientele.
- Strong industry knowledge across cabinetry, countertops, and K&B design solutions.
- Relationship-driven approach with the ability to partner with contractors, builders, and developers.
- Ability to work independently, manage accounts, and drive results in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
