Guided Search Partners
Guided Search Partners is an Executive Search firm built on Trust, Transparency, Specialization, and Long-term Relationships. We connect high-performing professionals with organizations that value people, performance, and growth—helping leaders find roles where they can make an impact and build meaningful careers.

About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established organization serving the food industry through a broad portfolio of instrument brands focused on food safety and quality. While the company has been in business for 10 years, many of its brands and product lines have been in the market much longer, with some established for more than 40 years. This role will focus on the lab equipment line following a recent split of the product lines into two groups. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, working with technical products, and helping grow the U.S. market across a large territory.

What You’ll Do
Manage a multi-state territory with a focus on food and feed customers. The product line includes lab instruments used throughout the process, including in-line, on-line, and laboratory applications. You’ll represent a portfolio of 9 product brands, including instruments such as NIR, sensors, rheology, and inspection equipment. This is a customer-facing role built for someone who wants to be active in the field and supported by strong internal marketing, lead generation, and technical resources.

Who You Are
You are a sales professional who is comfortable selling technical products and spending time in front of customers. You know how to manage a territory, build relationships, and work closely with internal teams that support the sales process. You are also someone who is motivated by growth, comfortable with travel, and excited by the opportunity to sell into food and beverage accounts across a broad region.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
  • Capital equipment sales experience required.
  • Experience selling imaging, NIR, or other analytical instruments.
  • Food and beverage industry experience required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science field preferred.

Why This Role Matters
This role supports the company’s effort to grow the U.S. market within an established and well-supported product line. The right person will help drive sales across a key territory while representing a strong portfolio of food safety and quality instruments. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a customer-facing role with technical support, qualified leads, and uncapped commission potential.
