Sales Representative / Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join a team in the alcoholic beverage industry. You will be responsible for both new and existing client sales within your assigned area in the U.S., supporting distributors, attending events, and building strong relationships. This role is ideal for candidates who speak Japanese and English. Speaking Korean or Chinese is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones within your assigned area
• Work with distributors during sales visits and events
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Conduct local travel within your assigned area using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Travel to other U.S. locations occasionally for events or training (approximately 1/3 of the month)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales within the food-related industry
• Business-level proficiency or higher in Japanese and English; proficiency in Korean or Chinese is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness and ability to travel locally, throughout the East Coast, and occasionally nationwide
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

• Job title may be adjusted (e.g., Assistant Manager) for higher salary
