Sales Representative - Senior
The Senior Sales Representative role is based out of Northeast US and reports directly to the Sales Manager. You will work from your home (remote) office but the territory will include Eastern Upstate NY and CT and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity to be a key player in the management and success of a cement sales market. This position is responsible for a large territory and unique operations and has a lot to offer a motivated candidate in terms of challenges, experience, and potential for future growth.

Effectively manage and maintain existing customers and projects while continue to develop and work new customers and projects.

Actively maintain customer interactions and strategies through sales planning and documentation of market and territory development.

Support a strong team culture by engaging in team meetings that drive alignment and team success
Essential Experience and Skills

Three to five years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in a construction materials environment or significant aggregates technical experience and knowledge

Construction market and industry knowledge an asset

Has brought value to the customer by listening to their needs, being responsive, and earning trust daily. Proven track record demonstrating revenue, volume, and profitability growth

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with solid organizational, multi-tasking and time-management capabilities

Goal and results oriented with the ability to take initiative
Preferred Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred

SAP software experience preferred

Prefer business to business sales and customer service experience

Preference given to candidates whose experience relates well to the building materials industry
