An International Manufacturing client in Peachtree Corners, GA, is interviewing now and ready to hire a Sales Professional, offering up to $70K base, DOE, plus commission, benefits, 401k match and perks. As a Machinery Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our company's machinery and equipment to industrial clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique manufacturing needs, and offering comprehensive solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and contributing to the overall success of our machinery manufacturing business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering - Plus, NOT REQUIRED

MUST:

Proven experience in sales with strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the industrial sector through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide relevant and effective solutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and applications of the industrial equipment offered by the company. Effectively communicate the technical aspects and benefits of the products to clients.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our industrial equipment. Address client queries and concerns to ensure a thorough understanding of the products.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals that outline customized solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposals.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights and potential areas for growth. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
