About This Role:

Our client is seeking an analytical, collaborative, driven individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will be a valuable contributor to revenue generating teams and will be responsible for working with the Revenue Operations Leadership Team to support growth plans by creating and maintaining accurate, scalable reporting to support the development of data driven insights that support and inform strategic and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build an advanced framework for enhanced reporting using Business Insight tools such as Tableau with data sources collaboration from multiple tech stack tools
  • Work alongside your peers to provide Revenue Leadership team with daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports in a timely manner focusing on quality of data.
  • Analyze the sales effectiveness of the sales team and understand current trends and identify areas of opportunity to improve close ratios using Salesforce and other Sales technology such as Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build and maintain key reports/dashboards to communicate operational insights, revenue health and strategic insights, to Revenue Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team and parent company stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and hygiene in Salesforce.com.
  • Support the Revenue Operations Leadership Team to develop Insights and analysis into current business and inform direction of process and model changes. You will also build and maintain key reports/dashboards to communicate operational insights, revenue health and strategic insights, to Revenue Operations Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team and parent company stakeholders.
  • Support Revenue Modeling initiatives in partnership with FP&A team to assist with forecasting, budgeting, compensation planning etc. You own the communication of your analysis to improve business processes.
  • Execute special projects to support scalable growth.
  • Manage the enhancements and administration of Revenue Operations Case queue.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Sales Operations or relevant work experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Extensive experience in data analysis.

High proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and knowledge of the data and analytics technology landscape.

Able to identify risk and discrepancies and collaboratively work to resolution.

Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail.

Strong business acumen with working knowledge of Sales and GTM departments.

SaaS experience is preferred.
