The Opportunity:
The client seeks a professional, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead their capable team. This role requires an understanding of dealer systems and operations, motorcycle products, and parts knowledge, and is responsible for developing and maintaining customer satisfaction and growth. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility for hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating sales staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Ability to coach and drive a strong sales process and customers
  • Ability to lead change management efforts as needed

Qualifications:
  • Motivated team player with energetic and personable demeanor
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-volume process-driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a Harley-Davidson sales team; ASMs looking to step up are welcome to apply
  • Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen
  • Must have motorcycle endorsement and valid driver's license
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
