Purpose/Role Summary:
As a Sales Coach at Celebration Chevrolet, you build, develop, motivate, and mentor to bring
out the best in our team members. Our philosophy is we never use the word employee, we are
a team, because teamwork has the incredible power to increase productivity, job satisfaction,
and each person’s individual and team performance. The Sales Coach’s role is to oversee the
team members experience to encourage growth, development, and success.

● Guide team members to focus on the client journey to ensure that every client is treated
like they are at the center of the world and chart a personalized yet consistent

● Lead, coach and develop team members, evaluate skill levels of team members, and
conduct and coordinate on-the-job and other training/education activities as necessary
● Coach “plus one” client service. Providing the client what they asked for plus a little more
● Cross train on all roles and assist when needed
● Administer annual performance evaluations for team with thoughtful feedback
● Ensure brand standards are met
● Assist with new team members onboarding and training program
● Be able to answer frequently asked questions in a manner that leads to a consistent
client journey
● Document clients personalize preferences into the system
● Work with the finance team to ensure complete paperwork, funding, titles, etc.
● Appraise trades utilizing company software
● Review performance metrics with team members
● Motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all team members
● Conduct disciplinary action and/or performance improvement plans as needed
● Assess team productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or
other changes in status.
● Ensure that any employee relations issues or concerns are addressed and escalated to
People and Culture when necessary
● Monitor and assist in the implementation of company initiatives and legal compliance
measures and ensure the communication of company news on a regular basis
● Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
● Additional tasks may be assigned that are in-line with the expectations and qualifications
for this role
● Must be at least 18 years of age
● Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

● Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization

● Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault
accidents on driving record in the past three years
● Within the last three years, no driving under the influence or driving while impaired
● No driver’s license suspensions within the past three years
● Represent the company with integrity and dedication
● Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
● Have the ability to be licensed in the state of Colorado - Department of Revenue
● Must successfully pass all pre-employment background checks and drug test
● Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language

● Salaried with incentive compensation available (exempt)
Salary level is based upon experience
Standard Celebration benefits package provided for full-time status
On-site at the Celebration Chevrolet store location, mostly working inside on a computer.
