We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a well-established hospitality team at a select-service hotel in the Greenville, NC area. This is an opportunity with a highly respected hotel ownership and management group known for its strong portfolio of branded properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving all sales efforts, including corporate, group, and local business travel segments. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, relationship-driven, and have a solid understanding of hotel sales strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue across all segments

  • Identify and secure new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients

  • Conduct property tours, attend networking events, and represent the hotel in the local community

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate support team on budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis

  • Ensure all sales efforts align with brand standards and property goals

  • Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM and reporting tools
