Role Overview

As Sales Manager – West, you will:
  • Manage approximately 50% of an existing book of business while driving new account acquisition.
  • Serve diverse channels: retail, foodservice, pet food, and manufacturing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new territories.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify emerging trends and customer needs to create tailored solutions and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the Operations & Sales Lead for North America.
  • Travel occasionally to support key accounts and business development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–10+ years of sales experience in protein and/or meat industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow accounts while hunting for new business.
  • High energy, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growth, low-structure environment—able to bring rigor and process.
  • Polished, professional communicator who thrives in an agile team.
