This role will be responsible for

  • Sales Leadership: Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, with a focus on expanding into new regions.
  • Customer Relations: Establishing rapport, ensuring smooth communication, and guiding customers through the project lifecycle, including pre-construction meetings, progress tracking, and payment collection.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with Project Managers and company leadership to strategize and enhance the customer journey.
  • Process Optimization: Developing systems and utilizing tools like AccuLynx to optimize lead tracking and team collaboration.
  • Brand Reputation: Upholding and enhancing the company’s reputation as a top choice for both employees and customers.

Expectations will include

  • Driving team success through effective leadership and accountability.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Managing sales team performance, including setting and achieving measurable goals.
  • Overseeing the customer journey to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Working closely with leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • At least 5 years of team management experience in roofing, construction, or home services.
  • Proven leadership skills, including decision-making and team motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail/Google Drive (AccuLynx experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills to handle a demanding schedule.

Compensation: Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and commission and will be commensurate with skills and experience. Targeted compensation range will be between $60,000 to $80,000
