REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to the President.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
Train and develop sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them meet their individual goals
Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales representatives and provide feedback for improvement
Work closely with marketing team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify key areas for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
Proven track record of success in sales management or training role in a direct B2C environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with customers and team members
In-depth knowledge of sales and motivation techniques
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
This is a full-time exempt salary-based position with opportunity for bonus.
