Job Overview:
As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your leadership and expertise will help guide our team to meet and exceed sales goals while fostering a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and dealership events.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and the sales team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant business documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience with dealership management software (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
