Sales Manager – Industrial Sector
Location: DFW, Texas
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + 20% bonus

A global minerals and chemicals manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives within its Texas division.

With a strong foundation in chemical manufacturing, industrial materials, or related heavy industries such as steel or civil engineering, you’ll build upon an existing customer base, shape go-to-market strategies and deliver solutions that drive long-term profitability.

You’ll work closely with commercial leadership, technical teams and operations to understand the value the products bring to customer processes, while identifying new areas for growth.


In this role, you will:

• Manage key accounts and grow new revenue streams in a competitive market
• Develop and execute long-range sales plans across North Texas and surrounding regions
• Build deep customer relationships through site visits, solution-based selling, and value documentation
• Negotiate strategic deals and lead price management efforts
• Gather and share competitive intelligence to inform product positioning

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Manager role in chemical, cement, steel, or other heavy industrial sectors
• Experience selling into steel manufacturing or processing clients is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related technical field
• MBA degree will be highly preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trust at all organizational levels
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within region
