The Role
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, implementing new strategies, and developing the sales team. This position requires leadership that balances collaboration with decisive action, fostering a culture of accountability and success. Overseeing both inside and outside sales, you will guide the team to standardize processes, expand market presence, and capitalize on new opportunities across the market. A track record of successful sales management, strong communication skills, and the ability to modernize processes are key attributes for success in this role.
