We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join this thriving organization. Reporting directly to the owner, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 employees and managing the overall sales (inside, outside and counter) for this location. As the Sales Manager, your primary goal will be to grow sales and expand the contractor sales business while complementing the existing strong management team. This role requires budget management, and a strong history of sales management, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary up to $150,000 depending on experience
- Potential performance bonuses
