Sales Manager-Hospitality Systems
We’re excited to partner with a fast-growing upstart hospitality POS manufacturer in seeking a Sales Manager
Department Manager will be primarily responsible for the strategic development, growth, and overall operational performance. The Sales Manager will create and execute go-to-market strategies targeting Payment Processors, their ISOs, and sub-ISOs. You should have exceptional sales leadership abilities, communication, interpersonal skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of payment processing and point-of-sale market trends for both hardware and software in a hospitality environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for growing merchant subscriptions and the reseller network of payment processor ISOs, sub-ISOs and
- Design and build a go-to-market strategy to attract new partners while growing sales within current accounts.
- Develop plan for new and existing resellers to educate them on benefits in order to maximize
- Create and execute plans to maximize retention of existing
- Develop marketing strategies to grow
- Create promotions to achieve hardware placement
- Drive and attend tradeshow
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
Ï Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
Ï 5-7 years of experience in the Payment Processing industry and Hospitality POS Technology.
Ï Experience with market needs for point-of-sale software, must know features, functions, and workflows of the POS hospitality space.
Ï Ability to manage a team.
Ï Knowledge of Pre and Post sales management best practices.
Ï Ability to work with Customer Service Support teams to build customer engagement strategies and support models.
Ï Deep understanding of cash discounting and dual pricing.
Ï Understanding of complex selling and channel relationships (ISO/sub-ISO/VAR network).
Ï Product knowledge of point-of-sale systems, kiosks, handheld devices, peripherals and software applications preferred.
Ï Strong analytical thinking capability with ability to leverage data-driven arguments to make decisions.
Ï Excellent communication, presentation, project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ï Proficient computer skills (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ï Experience with CRM Tools.
Ï Initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude.
Ï Flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing deadline driven environment.
Ï Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize as workload changes.
Ï Must be able to travel.
