Summary:
Leads/directs assigned Managed Account Representatives on a daily basis. Promotes teamwork and assists group of individuals to attain sales goals and provide a professional level of customer service to external and internal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual; Net Sales $, Margin $, Margin %, Orders Placed, and Accounts purchasing activity.
- Ensure achievement of daily strategic and tactical objectives of sales reps; product expertise, database management, bid management, promotional program execution,
- Build out B2b’s within the federal / military teams
- Continue to drive results in set of accounts (territory)
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional departments
- Must be customer driven - always delivering customer service that meets the customers expectations.
- Foster a team environment that promotes achievement of common goals.
- Build the team – recruit, train, and provide feedback that advances capabilities.
- Reinforce the training and development initiatives that deliver internal stability and associate value.
- Provide sound recommendations/solutions to customers, teammates and management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Sales Ability
- Demonstrated ability to successfully grow and maintain territory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with different personalities and learning styles
- Above average knowledge of the public safety industry
- Proven ability to contribute and lead in a team environment
- Recognized as a leader throughout the organization
- Ability to maintain territory performance and assume additional responsibilities
- Professionalism in customer service
- Strong product knowledge
- Able to lead by example
Education/Training/Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year in Managed Accounts sales territory
- BA degree preferred
Eligibility:
- Completed 1 year in your current position (exceptions to this may be considered with supervisory approval).
- Have satisfactory performance rating and attendance record.
- Have signature approval from current supervisor.
