The Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a position based in Miami, FL. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing sales reps and expanding the footprint in the Miami market. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with the inside and outside sales reps while coaching and mentoring them for professional growth.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Base Salary: $105,000 to $120,000
• "All in" Compensation: Existing reps earning around $105,000 to $120,000/year total
• Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, 7 federal holidays, 401k, 50% health insurance contribution
