The Role: We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Sales Manager, based near Hamden, CT. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 8-12 direct reports, rebuilding the sales team, and driving growth. This role requires exceptional management skills, high energy, and experience in the building materials industry. Your ability to provide direction, train and develop the sales team, and hit targets will be instrumental in achieving success. The role offers flexibility in working hours and involves travel between branches and visiting customers.
