The Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a position based in South Windsor, CT, with occasional travel to the Vermont market. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will oversee a team of 7 direct reports and manage a large, high-revenue territory. Your main goal will be to maintain and grow sales in the market while integrating with the existing team. This role requires strong sales leadership experience, managing a large territory, and focusing on team development. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $110k-$125k, along with a 25% bonus commission structure and benefits package.
