A growing biotechnology company focused on genetic and newborn screening diagnostics is seeking a Sales Manager to drive U.S. growth and expand key customer relationships.

This role reports to senior leadership and will own the full sales cycle while supporting strategic marketing and business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets

  • Manage and grow accounts within public health labs, reference labs, and government agencies

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities

  • Lead product presentations and technical discussions

  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

  • Support market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning


Qualifications

  • Degree in science, engineering, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Sales experience in diagnostics, life sciences, or public health

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working with government or public health entities preferred
