Sales Manager – Luxury Jewelry & Watch Showroom

  • Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals in a high-volume luxury environment focused on exceptional customer service and performance.

  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales to execute sales strategies, drive revenue, and ensure best-in-class client experiences.

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, motivation, and accountability among team members through consistent coaching and mentorship.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, modeling clienteling excellence and high standards of integrity.

  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through performance leadership and client engagement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and visual teams to uphold showroom standards and brand consistency.
