Sales Manager/Director

A well-established and growing technical products company in Southern NH is seeking a Sales Manager/Director to lead and elevate its inside sales, outbound sales, and customer service teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen account management strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Marketing to develop and execute the annual strategic sales plan

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing accounts and new business segments

  • Coach and supervise inside sales, outbound sales, and customer service teams to achieve defined performance goals

  • Manage weekly individual performance plans and KPIs

  • Partner with Marketing to analyze customer segments and promote products effectively

  • Coordinate efforts across outbound sales, inside sales, and support teams to ensure alignment

  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales and support team members

  • Lead and manage both in-office and remote employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2–4+ years of related sales leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency required)

  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred

  • Ability to analyze commissions, discounts, margins, and sales metrics


Work Environment

This role is based in the company’s main office and manages multiple in-office employees as well as key remote team members. The Sales Manager / Director plays a central leadership role and works closely with the President and General Manager on company strategy.
