About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a leading organization specializing in advanced ultrasonic technology solutions. This individual will be instrumental in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the technical aspects of the sales process. This is a fully remote position with opportunities for international travel.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Management:

  • Conduct pre-feasibility studies using CAD data and technical specifications.

  • Understand ultrasonic application processes, including machine cycle time and concepts.

  • Collaborate with applications engineers to facilitate ultrasonic lab trials.

  • Deliver technical training sessions for diverse audiences.

  • Address technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and support market-driven technical developments.

Sales Management:

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry association meetings.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.

  • Generate new business opportunities while driving growth in existing accounts.

  • Maintain diligent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and manage RFQs, internal orders, and customer logs.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare detailed quotes and calculations.

  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms.

  • Provide support for accounts receivable processes.

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, preferably mechanical and electrical (mechatronics).

  • 3+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in the automotive or ultrasonic machine-building industries.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong internet/email skills.

  • Ability to thrive in high-stress environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial automation, sales engineering, or applications engineering.

  • Familiarity with ultrasonic welding and SAP software.

  • Proficiency in German is a plus.

Work Environment & Travel This role offers the flexibility to work remotely but may require travel to industrial environments and client sites. Regular travel is a core component of this role.
