Job description

Our client is nationally recognized as a leading innovator in home warranty services, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. As a member of their Solar team you will be responsible for leading and optimizing sales results. They are looking for an experienced leader that will consistently achieve their sales goals. They want someone who will hire, coach, train and develop a high performing team. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, building relationships with potential customers, and presenting a strong sale pitch.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of In-Home Sales experience.
  • Proven performance record.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Must qualify for a Florida telemarketing license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Easily builds relationships.
