Title: Sales Manager, Nutritional Ingredients

Compensation: $100-150K base salary (plus uncapped commissions) / Total Comp ~ $200K and up

Our client is an established and respected supplier of nutritional ingredients and specialty chemicals sold to manufacturers of food, nutraceutical, and beverage products. We are searching for a sales professional, based in Utah to cover accounts throughout a Mountain States territory..

Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or one of the Life Sciences (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
• 2 years minimum experience in B2B sales of nutritional ingredients sold to manufacturers of dietary supplements or sports nutrition products, gummies, nutritional bars, etc.
• Prior experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of functional ingredients in a sales, sales support, tech service, or R&D capacity is required
• Already have contacts established with nutritional supplement manufacturers in UTAH ad elsewhere
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to travel – on average - 3 days a week to visit accounts
• A valid driver’s license
• A confident and hard-working attitude.
