Role Description:
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing the product offerings from a designated distribution center. This role includes overseeing key accounts, leading a team of outside sales representatives within the center’s geographic region, and expanding product reach. As Branch Sales Manager, you will coach and support your team to exceed annual sales and margin targets by developing new business opportunities with existing customers and prospecting for new accounts. This position requires strong leadership and mentorship, with a focus on professional development through monthly coaching sessions and regular ride-along observations.
