Peskind Executive Search has been retained by a confidential, award-winning international software company to identify a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the United Kingdom.
Our client delivers a market-leading digital intelligence and investigative platform used by law enforcement, government, and intelligence organizations globally. The solution enables agencies to transform complex data into actionable intelligence and evidential outcomes, supporting mission-critical investigations and public safety operations.
The platform is already deeply embedded across UK policing and national security environments, and the business is entering a new phase of commercial expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role responsible for expanding revenue across UK law enforcement and public sector accounts.
You will own a national territory, selling a mission-critical SaaS platform that supports end-to-end investigative workflows, including data analysis, case management, and evidential reporting.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Sell into highly embedded, mission-critical public safety environments
- Engage directly with senior policing leadership and intelligence stakeholders
- Drive both new business and expansion within existing accounts
- Represent a proven, widely adopted platform with strong market credibility
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across UK law enforcement and government agencies
- Develop and execute a territory strategy aligned to public sector procurement cycles
- Drive new logo acquisition and account growth
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Chief Constables / Senior Command
- Heads of Intelligence / Digital Investigation Units
- Procurement and framework stakeholders (G-Cloud, CCS, etc.)
- Deliver value-based demonstrations aligned to investigative workflows
- Partner with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years of enterprise or public sector sales experience
- Proven success selling into UK law enforcement, policing, or government agencies
- Experience navigating public sector procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud)
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding quota
Highly Preferred
- Experience selling:
- Digital intelligence / analytics platforms
- OSINT or investigative tools
- Case management or public safety software
- Established relationships within UK police forces or intelligence units
- Understanding of data-driven investigations, digital forensics, or intelligence workflows
