Sales Manager - Aftermarket South

Primary responsibility is account management which will drive aftermarket revenue growth through customer retention, recapture and prevent contract cancellations. Effective achievement of account strategy objectives for Elite customers for the region and ensuring collaboration with Sales on integrated account strategies
• Service Sales role: General Field Sales and Account Management work focused on selling and account management activities including face to face selling to new customers and cross/up/repeat selling to existing customers.
• Assess and Hunt in the install base customer needs to bring customers back to Husky service contracts through recapture process of suggesting appropriate products and services. Ensure customers systematically understand the service value proposition enabling continual renewal.
• Develop and present sales proposals
• Anticipate customer problems and proactively work to resolve. Involve Husky team as needed and appropriate. Turn problems into opportunities.
• Ensure good and systematic collaboration, teamwork and communication with Rigid Sales; Participate in Integrated account management planning
• Work and contribute as effective team member of region P&L structure.
• Advanced knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective
