They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial account growth across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a remote, field-based individual contributor role focused on driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and strengthening channel partnerships within the commercial segment.
This opportunity is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in a technical, solution-oriented environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do

Drive new revenue growth across commercial accounts within the Mid-Atlantic territory

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities

Manage and expand relationships with end users, integrators, and channel partners

Deliver solution-based sales presentations tailored to client security and compliance needs

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation

Maintain a disciplined pipeline through CRM tracking, forecasting, and territory reporting

Represent the organization at regional industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements

Stay informed on market trends, competitive positioning, and evolving security technologies
What You’ll Need

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within physical security, access control, identity management, or related technology sectors

Experience selling into commercial accounts (mid-market and enterprise environments)

Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales methodologies

Ability to manage a regional territory independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain channel or integrator relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region as needed
