Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Accounts
Mid-Atlantic Region (Remote) Full-Time

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial account growth across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a remote, field-based individual contributor role focused on driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and strengthening channel partnerships within the commercial segment.

This opportunity is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in a technical, solution-oriented environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new revenue growth across commercial accounts within the Mid-Atlantic territory

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities

  • Manage and expand relationships with end users, integrators, and channel partners

  • Deliver solution-based sales presentations tailored to client security and compliance needs

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation

  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline through CRM tracking, forecasting, and territory reporting

  • Represent the organization at regional industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive positioning, and evolving security technologies


What You’ll Need

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within physical security, access control, identity management, or related technology sectors

  • Experience selling into commercial accounts (mid-market and enterprise environments)

  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales methodologies

  • Ability to manage a regional territory independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain channel or integrator relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region as needed
