Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle enterprise new business sales, from pipeline generation through deal close across healthcare organizations
  • Build and execute territory strategy, driving outbound prospecting and developing a strong, sustainable pipeline
  • Establish and manage executive relationships across CFO, revenue cycle, compliance, and IT stakeholders
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including negotiation and contract execution
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and consistent deal progression
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5–8+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or healthcare tech sales, with enterprise healthcare selling experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong outbound prospecting, territory development, and pipeline management capabilities
  • Ability to sell consultatively to executive stakeholders and build ROI-driven business cases
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) for deal qualification and forecasting
