**Regional Sales Manager — Arkansas, Tennessee & Louisiana

Overview
Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth efforts across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana — a territory rich with opportunity across diverse customer segments. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels at cultivating relationships, navigating distribution channels, and driving consistent revenue performance. Working remotely within the region, the RSM will play a key role in strengthening the company’s presence throughout the Mid-South.
What You’ll Do

Own revenue performance and strategic development across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

Build and manage a strong pipeline through disciplined territory planning, targeted outreach, and active market engagement.

Foster relationships with channel partners, distributors, and end customers to expand regional market share.

Conduct impactful product presentations, solution overviews, and on-site demos tailored to customer needs.

Analyze market activity and competitive trends to inform sales strategy and positioning.

Partner with internal teams — including marketing, product, and customer support — to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and insights to leadership.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and customer visits across the region.
What You’ll Need

Proven success in territory or regional sales, ideally within the Mid-South or similar multi-state markets.

Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.

Demonstrated ability to open new accounts while nurturing long-term partnerships.

Experience with channel sales, distribution networks, or dealer ecosystems is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Willingness to travel throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana as needed.
