Full-Time Remote within AR, TN or LA**

Overview

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth efforts across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana — a territory rich with opportunity across diverse customer segments. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels at cultivating relationships, navigating distribution channels, and driving consistent revenue performance. Working remotely within the region, the RSM will play a key role in strengthening the company’s presence throughout the Mid-South.

What You’ll Do

  • Own revenue performance and strategic development across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through disciplined territory planning, targeted outreach, and active market engagement.

  • Foster relationships with channel partners, distributors, and end customers to expand regional market share.

  • Conduct impactful product presentations, solution overviews, and on-site demos tailored to customer needs.

  • Analyze market activity and competitive trends to inform sales strategy and positioning.

  • Partner with internal teams — including marketing, product, and customer support — to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and insights to leadership.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and customer visits across the region.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven success in territory or regional sales, ideally within the Mid-South or similar multi-state markets.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts while nurturing long-term partnerships.

  • Experience with channel sales, distribution networks, or dealer ecosystems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

  • Willingness to travel throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana as needed.

Why This Role

  • Territory ownership across three strategically important states with significant growth potential.

  • High-impact role with visibility and support from a collaborative leadership team.

  • Opportunities to shape territory strategy and expand regional partnerships.

  • Flexible remote work environment within a company that values initiative, integrity, and professional development.
