Regional Sales Manager – Arkansas, Louisiana & Western Tennessee (Full-Time, Remote/Field-Based)

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Western Tennessee. Reporting to national sales leadership, this individual will own regional performance by managing a robust dealer and integrator channel while cultivating demand with strategic end users. This is a high-visibility role for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in complex, solution-based selling environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Own sales strategy and revenue growth for a defined multi-state territory

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers, integrators, and resellers

  • Drive pull-through demand by engaging strategic end users alongside channel partners

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term regional sales plans aligned with national objectives

  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite executives

  • Support system design, solution configuration, and cost estimating to meet customer requirements

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and specifiers to influence project outcomes

  • Deliver end-user seminars and represent the organization at regional and national trade shows

  • Provide field-level training and enablement to channel partners

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools

  • Resolve conflicts proactively while exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction goals

  • Travel extensively within the region to support partners, customers, and events (approximately 70%)


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience within technology, SaaS, or complex solutions environments

  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience selling through channel partners and engaging directly with enterprise or institutional end users

  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Comfort selling both enterprise software and complex hardware solutions

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Self-directed, disciplined, and effective with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

  • Preferred residence: Arkansas, Louisiana, or Western Tennessee
