Regional Sales Manager — Pacific Northwest

Overview

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of enterprise access control solutions, trusted by integrators and end users across commercial, government, and critical infrastructure environments. As the business continues to expand its footprint in North America, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Pacific Northwest.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales leader who understands the physical security ecosystem and thrives in a territory-focused, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy across the Pacific Northwest territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, integrators, consultants, and key end customers

  • Drive new business while expanding existing accounts through a solutions-oriented sales approach

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close and post-sale handoff

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and leadership to align regional efforts with broader company goals

  • Forecast accurately, manage pipeline activity, and report on regional performance

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings as needed

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within access control, physical security, or a related technology sector

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturer-to-channel sales models

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a defined geographic territory

  • Ability to build trust quickly and operate as a long-term partner to customers and integrators

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest
