Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Sales Account Lead with a proven track record of building and expanding multi-million dollar relationships with top pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, while expertly managing high-level client relationships and driving revenue growth through a deep understanding of both client strategy and our platform capabilities.

Duties/ Responsibilities:


  • Revenue Growth: Leverage your extensive network and 10+ years of sales experience to exceed sales quotas and drive business development, particularly with top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Account Development: Build and grow client portfolios to $5M+ by cultivating and expanding high-value relationships. Focus on growth and developing accounts, not just maintenance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Identify new opportunities aligned with client goals and the Impiricus platform, positioning our products for maximum impact.
  • Key Account Management: Take ownership of key accounts, from C-suite to middle management, to agency partners, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Client Relations: Manage relationships up and down the decision-making pyramid, leveraging your existing network of 10+ year key decision-makers at top pharmaceutical companies and agency partners
  • Negotiation & Presentation: Present with confidence and gravitas, backed by top-tier sales techniques and data-driven insights to influence key stakeholders.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas and creating transformative impact within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business to $5M+ with top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers, not just manage existing accounts.
  • Strong network of active key decision-makers within top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of aligning client needs with product capabilities to recognize and pursue new opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in account management, skilled in navigating and managing relationships across all levels of client organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present with authority and influence.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, business development, with a deep understanding of media channels, measurement and optimization of HCP engagement campaigns
  • Proven ability to solve problems with minimal input and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, capable of owning and growing the business.
