Job Description

The Sales Executive will report to the manager and shall be responsible for driving revenue growth across the company by promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of products and services. The role requires a results-driven professional capable of managing both retail and high-value project sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering premium customer experiences aligned with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across all business units
  • Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Actively sell:
    • Lighting solutions (residential, commercial, outdoor, Switches and Sockets and automation systems)
    • Furniture, blinds, and interior solutions
    • Luxury real estate, boats, and yachts
    • Medical and technical equipment.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Architects, contractors, and developers
    • Corporate clients and institutions
    • High-net-worth individuals (for luxury products)
    • Private Individuals
  • Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and project specifications
  • Ensure excellent pre-sales and after-sales service
Project & Consultative Sales
  • Understand client requirements and recommend integrated solutions across the business
  • Work closely with technical and design teams to prepare proposals and quotations
  • Participate in site visits, project planning, and execution follow-ups
  • Manage long sales cycles for high-value projects
Sales Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned product lines
  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversions
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Maintain accurate records.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends in:
    • Lighting and smart automation
    • Interior design and furnishing
    • Luxury real estate and marine markets

The ideal candidate must have/be;


  • A minimum of HND
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
