Sales Executive
Job Description
Sales & Business Development
The Sales Executive will report to the manager and shall be responsible for driving revenue growth across the company by promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of products and services. The role requires a results-driven professional capable of managing both retail and high-value project sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering premium customer experiences aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across all business units
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Actively sell:
- Lighting solutions (residential, commercial, outdoor, Switches and Sockets and automation systems)
- Furniture, blinds, and interior solutions
- Luxury real estate, boats, and yachts
- Medical and technical equipment.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Architects, contractors, and developers
- Corporate clients and institutions
- High-net-worth individuals (for luxury products)
- Private Individuals
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and project specifications
- Ensure excellent pre-sales and after-sales service
- Understand client requirements and recommend integrated solutions across the business
- Work closely with technical and design teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Participate in site visits, project planning, and execution follow-ups
- Manage long sales cycles for high-value projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned product lines
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Maintain accurate records.
- Monitor industry trends in:
- Lighting and smart automation
- Interior design and furnishing
- Luxury real estate and marine markets
The ideal candidate must have/be;
- A minimum of HND
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
